We visited Terra Natura Murcia yesterday for the day so searching for more activities for 12 & 14 year old to break up beach/pool days - Happy to drive an hour or so if needed.

There are several go-kart tracks in the area - I've been to Go Karts Mar Menor and would recommend it.
Although I've not tried it, there is www.espuna-adventure.com/adventures which has mountain biking, quad bikes, kayaking, rafting, shooting, archery, etc.
A bit less energetic - boat trips from Mazarron - I think they pretty much guarantee that you will see dolphins; and there are also chances to see whales and some of the boats stop to let you swim & snorkel.
