...in the vicinity of a smoker your hair and clothes absolutely stink.

Then move places or go somewhere else.. do you drink?..I don't see any laws that people should not drink or are bannwd from drinking alcohol or have only a certain limit even though it is bad for them and also kills other people ..I am not a drinker but that doesn't mean I am against people who drink or how much they shoild drink, etc. . If I don't Iike the atmosphere in a place or people's drunken behaviour.. I can leave - my choice .. this is the difference..

How can you possibly generalise that smokers are more considerate than drinkers???? Anyone whose personal habit negatively affects others is inconsiderate. I don't know one single smoker who doesn't admit that smoking is bad for them and everyone else around them. There is nothing positive about smoking in any way, shape or form!

I’m not sure if you are resident if so you chose to live in Spain and enjoy the Spanish lifestyle. The Spanish smoke in their own country. You need to take evasive action if you are not happy as a foreigner in Spain. I am not a smoker.

We always move if someone lights up beside us, and never say a word. Regarding people that drink alcohol they are not harming anyone else but themselves, as alcohol doesn’t float around in the breeze. Have a nice life.

I totally agree with you. I am sick to death of going to a bar for a coffee where every single table has a group of smokers sitting on it. I live in San Pedro del Pinatar where there are lots of nice outside coffee bars but the experience is ruined by smoke being blown in my direction wherever I sit. Why can't they have smokefree areas?
