Fees can vary significantly on Roda, you're not looking at much change from 200 euros a month They are:
Community Fees - higher due to lifts, garages, gardening, etc and density in a community .
Entidad fees - paid to the 'entity' for security and roads, lighting, etc.
Local council Tax - significantly less than UK.
Fixed charges for Electricity, Gas and Water.
Additionally a property management of keyholder fee, depending on how you manager your property.
Non-resident tax and/or rentals tax, your property must be property registered and you have to pay 24% on rentals and a modes Non-Resident tax for periods your property is not rented out.
Don't forget Insurance which is best handled through a broker not a bank.
