Headlight convertor - Page 2

I asked my local mercedes dealer in Hull if I had them fitted and they said no. When I looked myself I found they are fitted. I think they were trying to get £1500 out of me to replace them 

That sounds just like a car dealer, they were all over us when we bought the car, now they seem to be struggling to return a phone call

This is what I found on you tube and used to switch mine from UK to EU.

The Lever is normally in the up position for the UK and you move it down for driving in the EU

thanks for all your help, unfortunately our car isn't fitted with a facility to change so need to get the reflectors.  If you find yours and want to sell them let me know.  I can send to UK for them if I can't get here

If you are going to put your UK reg vehicle onto Spanish plates then stick on headlight converters will not be allowed.

Just a thought.

Denise it would appear that the converters would be suitable for your car

thanks for the info but not intending to change to Spanish plates as will eventually return to UK at sometime
