Hi, I’ve owned a property in San Pedro for 12 years and have always paid my tax personally at the town hall or via a bank. This year I am unable to get across to pay it and wondering how I can set up a direct debit from the uk.

Just wondering as someone who purchased in Pedro del Pinatar 6 months , do you get notification of your property tax , or how do I start the process ???

Depending which tax you are talking about. IBI like a council tax in UK you just go to the ayuntomiento and ask for the bill by 30 October I believe. And the property non resident tax there is a form that can do online or ask accountant to complete for you.
