Explain you are trying to pay car tax online they sent me the details with the reference what you needed to put in as I was trying to pay it as I was in the UK but didnt have ref.

If you have reference it may work think I posted the instructions I followed on here couple weeks ago.Not sure how to set Direct debit up Online I'v tried without success.

I got sorted online I realised I was inserting the hyphen before the last letter which was why it wasn’t recognising it so when I left it out it worked and I was able to get the bill and pay online so I don’t have to go back up begging for an appointment.  Appreciate your help. I should now be legal.
