Most reliable Internet provider

I was forever having problems with flexa now avatel I changed to Avanza in San javier.

No setup costs and good service. No British tv but have a smat tv and firestick so get everything I need.

I pay 28 euros a month for fibre mobil and land line

Was previously with TV Horadada who have been taken over by Avatel (who are also taking over many other providers recently) and have had nothing but trouble with them. When I complained about the lack of WIFI I was told last week by an employee over the phone that they now only provide WIFI to the floor where the router is installed - so that means if you are in say a 2 floor building they will not provided any internet on the second floor.  My router is less than 5 m from the computer on the second floor - they said not our problem.  I said there is a problem with the router and was told even if it was their fault I would have to pay for their engineer to come out.  My 2.4 signal that previously was even available on the solairum has now stopped being available.  Actually I can get a weak 5 on the 1st floor which they say is not guaranteed.  

I am currently looking for another provider but the issue is many of the "independent" companies are being and have been taken over by Avatel so once they have them all we all know what will happen.  There service and customers service is AWFUL
