Wireless Internet Providers-Firestick use and cost

We are looking at TV reception for our property in Santiago del la Ribera. We had a dish and digital box but the reception new is very hit and miss and from investigation looks to be going to decline even more.
Has anyone had experience of Firesticks to offer UK channels in you home in Spain, what is the usual cost of a well loaded Firestick?
It look was though we do not have Optic Fibre to our community. Has anyone found a reliable wireless internet provider pleas?
