I am purchasing a bungalow in Libera and would like to know is there a bus service from Murcia airport and if not is there a bus from Murcia city in Winter Like Feb or march ?

I presume by Libera you mean Santiago La Ribera? if so there is a regular bus service from the bus station in Murcia city to La Ribera.

In winter most people fly into Alicante as the flight schedule is greatly reduced from October to March. There are buses from Alicante to San pedro del pinatar, which is close enough to Santiago de la ribiera to get a taxi from.
There are buses to La ribiera from Murcia city, but do you know that Murcia Airport is quite a way from Murcia city and in the opposite direction?.
