Did you complain in Spanish when the person was supposed to have said " English want everything for free" and ask on what basis they made this comment....

I have purchase various items there and had to return one item because I had bought the wrong thing, no problems and in fact gave me a refund when I would have quite willing accepted a credit note.
To be fair I believe she is trying to be helpful in marking our collective card, suggesting we be vigilant etc. - nothing wrong with that is there? I also have had good experiences in that store but that doesn’t mean there haven’t been any.
