Hi ,have tried logging into Santiago medical website to obtain covid certificate but it just saying not available, anyone obtained there covid certificate from there ? Thanks.

If you go into the Cento de Salud they will make an appointment for you to pick it up from there.
Or alternatively go to the appointment web site and make an online appointment. https://sede.carm.es/sms/citainternet/login.xhtml

Sorry, I am surprised as I checked this morning and it was working, otherwise I would not have given the link. I presume you are in the state medical system?
I can only suggest you go to the medical centre.
