We are looking to retire to the area and meet requirements for NLV.
We intend to rent rather than buy but note that many so called rental properties are for less than 12 months.
How easy is it to find a long term rental, ie 5 years+?

Remember that a long term rental works both ways - if you discover that you have an awful landlord you are locked in to them.

Not necessarily as I always work on the basis that either party can withdraw giving three months notice. 😎

Good for you, but not all rental agreements are the same - and as neighbours of ours found not all landlords stick to them!

My daughter is a lawyer and she sends the contracts out in English and in Spanish. So legally binding for both parties…. 😎
