I can recommend González & Chaulet in San Javier. They speak perfect English. We used their services to buy our property. They are very helpful and answers emails promptly.

Echo what joolz55 says - we used Jesus from Gonzalez y Chaulet when we purchased our appt in Los Alcazares and he and Samantha were fantastic. We have since retained his annual services and he takes care of the council tax, non residents tax and we have also made Spanish wills through him. Totally recommended!

Jesus was brilliant. Our POA took forever to arrive by post. Jesus went to the carreos in san javier loads of times trying to find out where it was. I went with him on one occasion. We went into the managers office while the manager tried to track our missing post. You don't get this kind of service from solicitors in the UK.  Lol

I think they are all around the same €1200 including taxes...I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paco... we will use them for all our legal issues here .

Tbh the only problems we had was with the postal service. Very, very slow. And the notary in the UK forgot to include the passport photos with the POA! It was quite stressful as we had paid the deposit and you have to complete within 2 months. I would do it all again as we are very happy with our house in la ribera. We bought it in November last year and I have been here 3 times already. I'm here at the minute. It's a lovely area. 

We also used Jesus, he was fantastic. And again he now does our tax returns. The easiest purchase we have ever made, because it was all done for us!!!! He answered every question we sent to him , normally within the hour.

We used IMONT.  Very good english and also Spanish.  Very efficient.  We purchased our apartment with them and they completed everything including setting up electric and water bills, taxes the lot.  Good Price also.  Constantly kept us updated with everything.
