Hola everyone

Having purchased a apartment I'm struggling to get to it from Alicante. We have only been over once since covid struck, but are looking forward to getting over in April.

On my last visit we got the bam bus and stayed over in Torrevieja as we had to pick keys up the next day. The bam bus seems to leave at 9 and 12 oclock, problem is few of the Gatwick flights arrive early enough to catch these buses.

Does anyone know of anyone who does " airport runs" down to Murcia? or have any other ideas on how we can get down to Murcia without overnight stays.

Thanks

Although the bus services from Corvera (Murcia Airport) is pretty much in disarray, you may find that flying EasyJet into Corvera RMU would be a better option. Taxis are expensive but you may be able to negotiate with a local taxi firm to provide transport.

Hi Andrew,

I have similar issue with travelling to San Pedro from Alicante airport.

There is an express bus from Alicante Airport to Torrevieja bus station  It costs about €9.

From Torrevieja you could get a taxi onwards

Or if lucky enough there might be a local bus from Torrevieja going your direction.

Inishfree compàny also provide a pick  service from Alicante Airport. They are reasonably price. Google their name.

Hopefully BamBus will put on a few more buses soon.

Hi

We use the Latbus 70 to get to/ from San Pedro/Lo Pagan areas to Murcia bus station. These are pretty regular. From Murcia bus station there are regular buses from/to Alicante airport

Sorry, I'm a bit thick. Are you saying I would need to go right down to Murcia, and then I can get bus back to airport?
