Hi

We were advised by our vets in the UK to register our cats microchip in Spain, does anyone know who this should be registered with please?

Best wishes

I don't know for sure but vets here will insert microchips and enter all the relevant info into the database. Therefore I would think that a vet could scan your cats chip and register it, probably just  involving an administration fee.

We brought our two dogs over from the uk and had their microchips registered in Spain. The local vets did this for us. They filled out a form for us and there was a small charge.
