Hi all, thinking of moving to Sucina as it looks a beautiful place, we would rent first to be sure it's the right choice. My question is regarding flies, are they really a problem, difficult to know from just reading reviews.

Would love some honest feedback.

Kind regards

Alan.

Yes there are flies in Sucina in the summer for a couple of months but where in the world do you not get them  we live in Sucina for about 8 months of the year and absolutely love it there, we have made quite a few friends since we moved there just over a year ago it’s a very friendly village with quite a lot going on

Hello Alan

If you do decide to move to Sucina, here is a rental property that may be the way before actually buying to make sure it is the right area for you.  Scroll down to reference CC2109 http://www.propertyrentalsinspain.com/info2.cfm?info_id=109004

Flies are an issue, even in April there were people sitting outside the bars with fly swatters in hand, we find the coastal towns have less of a problem.

Anywhere in Spain is still preferable to the UK
