when is lockdown lifted

Im sorry about This but Im a bit confused .I have read that Lockdown is lifted from 21st June at 1200am ,does that mean that it is from Midday today?

Midnight last night....note that distancing & use of masks etc still apply - as does the common sense not always shown by everyone!

Definitely not shown by quite a few people in Camposol A last Sunday. When I told one man, stood next to me at the bar waiting to be served, he replied “Nit necessary”. I had never seen this person before so assume he was a visitor.
