Hi

We're coming to Sucina in April and are hoping to buy either in the village or the urbanisation.

Can anyone recommend an estate agent and also an English speaking solicitor.

Also if you've bought a place in Sucina how did you find the purchase went ie how long did it take, where there lots of hoops to go through?

Any advice/help is welcome as although we've stayed in Sucina a couple of times (can't wait to get back there) we've never bought in Spain. Thanks.

Hi, we bought an apartment in the village last year through Chersun estate agents, Paul Cherry there was very helpful. In the village square there is Murcia properties run by Andy Honey who was also very helpful.

Good luck

Hi

Thanks for the info.

Hope you don't mind me asking Did you buy an apartment in La Verada? Only asking because that was one of our choices because of the shared pool.

Thanks Ang

No, we did view at la verada but chose another in a building below the square. No pool but better views and quieter.

Try Dave and Lynn Davies at Casa Consultants. +34674 092633 Info@casaconsultantsunami.com.  Takes about 2 to 4 weeks if you're buying without a mortgage.  Let me know if you are successful.  Rgds

Thanks for the information, only 3 weeks to go and we'll be in Sucina. Just need the exchange rate to improve!
