Property wanted to buy: Villa Purchase

Hi everyone . We will be coming over to Spain within the next two/three weeks. We have no real idea of what the Costa Colida is all about. We are looking for a good size minimum three bed, good size kitchen. Open plan also workspreferably with a pool. Reasonable
Distance to amenities or a good bus service. Golf is very important for my husband so that’s a important consideration. Any tips
Or advice would be much appreciated or any info that  that you feel would relevant
