Can anyone recommend: Painter/decorator, and an electrician

Hey Folks, 

We are hoping to buy an apartment in Sucina soon and will require a painter/decorator and probably an electrician and a plumber too. 

What I'd like to know is if anyone has a recommendation for any of the above trades and just for my budget how much typically would one expect to pay a painter for a typical 2 bed apartment of about 70m2.
