We are currently looking at buying a property at Terrazas de la Torre, prob spend 6 months a year there initially and then longer
Are there many residents there or is it mainly holiday rentals ?
Anyone any advice will be welcomed

Trust you have looked into residency and Spanish tax implications.

Hi,We have a property on Terrazas which we use,(before lockdown) at least once a month and at longer periods in the Summer.
We will also be spending 3/6 months a year when we retire.Our block is just holiday homes,but there are people who live there all year round.
