I’ve heard rumours of the poor condition of some of the areas courses so I’m looking for some advice and guidance.

I’m over with friends for a few days early October and welcome suggestions on which courses in the area (approx 40kms radius of Torre Pacheco) are in good condition

Thanks in advance

Just yesterday I walked by the Golf shop in/at the Hotel 525 in Los Alcazares and stopped for the first time to look at the information in the window. (I do not play Golf)

To me it looked like they have “special rates” for Torre, Serena Golf, Sierra Golf and around 5 others.

I could imaging that they know about the situation of each place.

Can you find the answer to your question here?

In that area, I would suggest:

Roda Golf Resort - approx. 10km away, a bit flat, but quite challenging and in good condition. €60 per round.

El Valle - approx. 25km away, challenging course (has hosted the Spanish Seniors etc.) and in good condition. €60 per round.

La Manga - approx. 30km away - 3 world famous courses, all in good condition, but expensive (advertised rates are €198 per round, but you can find deals for around €100 per round).

Villamartin Golf - approx. 40km away, I've never played there, but seen good reviews.

Hope this helps!
