Try Las Claras community centre in Los Alcazares or Prince of Asturias centro civico in Santiago de la Ribera. There is also the centro civico in Parque Almansa San Javier...although you dont say which area you're looking at...some of the bibliotecas have rooms too.

Singing and speech lessons 

we are looking for a venue to do this 

that would be a set venue 

on school holidays Easter Christmas summer we would do performing arts camps where at the end. Of the week the kids would perform a concert or show 

can any one help in search of a venue please
