I do not know of any official gas engineers in your area, but please be aware any professional and legal company will ask you for your gas installation certificate and contract.
Remember without theses if any accident occurred within your home you would not be insured to cover any damage to your property or anyone else.
There was a recent fire in the camp site at La Manga that was cased by a faulty gas appliance.
