Job vacancy: Chef / Commercial Cook

We are a 'year round' Bar & Grill based in Gea y Truyols and we are looking for a Chef / Commercial Cook to join our team, and prepare delicious meals for our customers.

This is a great new opportunity for an experienced candidate to lead our kitchen, assist with the design of menu items, and be responsible for preparing ingredients and cooking great dishes from that menu.

Duties will include setting up the kitchen, ensuring all ingredients required for our menu are fresh and in-date, and making certain all processes in the kitchen run smoothly.

The right applicant will have experience working in a commercial kitchen, be able to prepare meals in a friendly, and at times busy environment in a timely manner, while possessing a creative flair with knowledge of the latest food trends.
