Valle de sol and lo santiago

Lots of places flooded but mainly by the coast on flat land and underground car parks in apartment blocks... .lo Santiago ( and Valle de Sol )   is higher up although the road at the bottom of the hill to it like most roads that have a sump like that  .I.e sierra golf too will pond badly in such extreme weather .. we haven't had any rainfall of any signicance in this area for 6 months or so to the extent that drought restrictions are imminent ..Britain floods badly with a much better drainage system than here ..so do your homework I guess is the answer ...
