I also recommend Paco House. Another very good agent is Simon Cole (Brit) web site https://www.colesofandalucia.com. If you don't see anything on either of their web sites call them and let them know what you are looking for, they may know of other properties.

Caroline at Grupo Platinum in San Juan de Los Terreros is the best estate agent we’ve ever dealt with (bought and sold a number of properties over past 30+ years). She is British, living and working as a Spanish estate agent for many years in Terreros. She managed the whole process of our apartment purchase last year, dealing with the sellers, lawyers etc. Her team (specifically Angelika) at Grupo Platinum have also provided the best after sales service we’ve come across ever, dealing with setting up bank accounts, sorting out utilities etc. I cannot recommend her enough.
