Hi, can anyone tell ne if the San Pedro del Pinatar Monday Market will be open on this Monday 25th (as being Christmas day) and same on New Years Day? I know many nationalities don't celebrate the same dates as us Brits do. TIA

6-Owner Community Block - Building Issues - 2 replies
Hi all, our Community Block is approaching 10 years old, but we have issues regarding deterioration/weathering to some of the external pre-cast stair components.
It's our understanding that the builder/developer is still liable for structural building faults, so, has anyone experience/advice as to how best to proceed at this point? Also seeking recommendations for a Building Surveyor, Structural Engineer or Spanish equivalent experienced in inspections/report writing on structural issues with residential properties.
TiA.

Electric supply ‘upgrade’ - 16 replies
Hi all, we have a problem with our electric as it keeps tripping out and comes back on just over a minute later but no breakers pop out so clearly the actual wattage supplied into our property is not sufficient and it trips with only 3 or 4 items running at the same time 🤬 Iberdrola have told us that we need a larger supply but we were never given an option of supply size. They said we need to call an electrician to check if we can have a bigger supply for €200, is this correct or another rip off and can anyone recommend a sensibly priced electrician to ‘check’ the fuse board please. Thank you .
