HOUSES FOR SALE
Could someone enlighten me as to why properties in Camposol are soo much cheaper than other areas. Been looking for a while and there are some nice properties at reasonable prices. Would appreciate the good and bad.
THANKS

Visit the place, and make your own mind up. We did, and bought a holiday home, lovely people, and all the facilities we wanted. It's not the spainish village some people want, but it has a friendly atmosphere you have to experience.

We are flying over next weekend to look at the area and properties and make our own mind up. You get a lot more for your money there. You just need to weigh up all the pros and cons. We are looking to buy on D sector which is a quiet area near the golf course. We will defo need to buy a car if we bought there. There are no legal taxis on Camposol but there is a bus service from a i think that goes to the port. Good luck

Love Camposol, been here 9 months now. Certainly get more for your money, not just the property, but brilliant community spirit. At the end of the day, decide what you want me Spanish village life or expat life with plenty of activities. A lot will depend on your age and skill at learning a new language. Good luck.

I have never been to look pagan myself...I have read and heard Tony down the pub make a few derogatory remarks about the place maybe one day I will get off my back side and check the place out.

Not sure what your gripe is with Camposol but thankfully we didn't have too many negative people only people who are happy there.

I have no gripe as you put it with Camposol, I own a property there just that I live else where in Spain and it served as a stepping stone to where I now live

My personal view is Lo Pagan is an up and coming resort a mix of nationalities but obviously won't be to everyone's liking

PB55 ..has been sending me private messages saying that Camposol is for poor people.. and that is why the propertys are cheap..and Lo pagan is more exclusive and up market I am still laughing what a bloody snob...l would love to see what property you have ..in Lo Pagan I don't think you have ever been to Camposol to make that statement ..we get all-sorts on hear including working class snobs ...but I think PB55 wants to get a life.
