Info on Lo Santiago urb

Hi Jim,  we have recently purchased a house in Valle Del Sol which if you google map the area is the urbanisation next door.  We have spent 2/3 years looking for a house , more of a holiday home though to be fair than a permanent place.  What I like about this area is its central location .  You are 15 mins from the airport ( Corvera ) , 15 mins to the beaches we use in Los Alcazares, 20 mins up to Murcia and the road links are amazing.  Its nice and quiet too.  Lo Santiago is actually a well established gated urbanisation with a popular bar ( New York ) .  We looked at several properties on both urbinsations . We can't wait to get back out there now.  Hope this is helpful . Best wishes Kim
