We used Mercers on recommendation by a friend, who had bought through them & I must say I wasn't disappointed, they were brilliant. 

Dawn & Sam were the people we dealt with, we couldn't recommend them highly enough. 

Once the price was agreed, they sorted out solicitors, helped with getting a bank account, sorted out the utilities & dealt with the notary too, all done in half a day. 

They took all the strain out of it all. It wouldn't of happened in the UK..

We've popped in to the office occasionally for advice, we're always made welcome & feel we were looked after like family. 

We had exactly the same experience with Lyndsay and Dawn. Every  time we popped in with a question and/or emailed for advice they were there for us every time - nothing was too much trouble

From our personal experience I wouldn't trust Mercers. 

If you do use them make sure you are absolutely happy with your purchase before handing over any money as you won't get it back, whatever the circumstances

When we purchased our property 3 years ago we used Mercers and have nothing but high praise for them. Initially we researched on the internet and as far as we could tell Mercers have by far and away the majority of properties for sale on Camposol. That may have changed but for us they were excellent and would recommend them to anyone based on our own experience
