We bought on Sector B because it's close to the shops and bars. It's only 700 meters to the commercial center. It's really awesome to live here. I especially like the silence and the friendly people. On the first day we had our neighbour coming over to bring us some homemade cake :-) Here on B we had several damaged spots in the road but they are now being repared. On D you are too far away from the facilities, you'll always need a car or a bike. And yes there have been some problems with cracking houses because they are build on a dry riverbed and when it rains a lot the water floods under the houses.
All the sectors have their plus ( and minus ) points but overall it is a good place to live . We chose A because all the facilities are in easy walking distance . Best thing to do is come and look for yourself .
Yes A and B are close to all facilities
Hi Steve
We are here now doing same thing... A and B seem to be the best simply because your near all amenities.....cost in theese areas are more though. .. depends what your needs are....

You mean houses are more expensive on A and B ?
Depends if you are buying to live or buying a holiday home and if so, are you going to rent that villa out. A and B are good for walking to the amenities, but you might suffer from noise in the height of the season, don't know - one thing to consider. We have a villa on C2 and its peaceful, walking distance from the Club House but we always have a car. We are now moving and considering all sectors except a certain few roads in middle C which seem to have suffered the affects of subsidence. List your priorities and rent before you buy would be my advice. Happy hunting.
Well for the moment is very quiet, we only hear the birds. We will see in summer. We bought to live here permanently.

Hi,
Is it only certain sectors that are built on the dry river bed?
If so what sectors are built on the dry river bed?
What sector has the subsidence?
Thanks.
Personally, I do not think the prices of properties vary that much based on the Sector you choose to live on. Funny that someone above chose A or B just to be close to the amenities as we felt that would be too noisy so deliberately went to look at D. don't think there was any other reason than the property itself why we bought there. totally agree it is a way out and you do need a car but I think that most people need a car anyway to go to the coast or Mazarron etc.
I think that Camposol is a great place to live and there are good and bad points about the urbanisation but just the same as any place where you would choose to live in any country. Just think about what is best for you and the rest will fall into place
