Legal advice when buying in Camposol - Page 2

Corral and Alcaraz are on the same side of the road as Lidl , but a bit thougher down . They were recommended to me and they have been excellent. Karin is Dutch , but speaks perfect English and has helped me every step of the way . I would recommend .

I can also highly recommend Karin - she has been brilliant. We were introduced to Corral & Alcaraz by our Agents - Prime Property Murcia when we bought our house last year. We went to see Karin at her office at 11am and by 1.30pm we had done all the paperwork with her, visited the Notary to grant power of attorney and opened a Spanish bank account (she made an appointment for us at the bank and when we went in we were seen immediately).

We used E&G Solicitors in Spain (through A Place in The Sun website) - offices based in UK & Spain, had no issues - also got a survey done on our Rebecca,  the survey was done by Mario Vicente website is www.stconsultores.com (hope this helps).
