No facilities now & you have to pay to park.

Local landowner guy charging & he has really really spoilt a lovely beach area.

Yes, I agree. Totally spoilt a wonderful beach and at €3.00 per day even when you arrive after 3.00pm is a total rip off. €3.00 doesn’t sound much but multiply that by 2 or 3 weeks and it is a heck of a lot of money .The landowner may own what has become a car park, but presumably he doesn’t own the actual beach. The great beach bar that was there is no more! There is also what appears to be people camping on the beach during the summer in various things from tents and gazebo’s to caravans and motor homes. Weird when there are signs stating no camping. This latest change though has ruined that favourite beach for us. The local Council should step in and organise a way for people to be able to use this space.

I arrived at the beach one day & the guy was not at his barrier so I just drove in & along the beach.

He jumped in his 4 x 4 & followed me around the beach area trying to stop me.

I drove around then tried to leave & 2 guys tried to stop me so I just ignored them & drove off.

Yes, they are VERY determined and judging by the number of cars are making a lot of money!
