Caixa bank have blocked my remote access to my account,  I'm in the UK with a house on camposol,  been told I must visit a branch to re set my access, I'm now having to trail down to Spain in late May just to visit the branch to get it re set   ggrrr  🤬

What documentation are you bringing with you .

I keep getting asked to confirm my employment status or will affect my using the account. You get so far into the questions then cannot answer any more as the only answers to choose from are not right for my job.

We have moved all of our direct debits for our Villa on Camposol to our Wise Bank account and when our Caixa house insurance runs out in early August we will be closing the Caixa Bank account due to the ever increasing bank charges and issues with there online banking access.

I would also suggest bringing your P60 and that of any co-owners of the property. They have to confirm your Tax Residency status by law every 2 years, so we were informed.
