Can I pay our IBI on line as we are in UK

You will need to pay the IBI at your bank when you pick the paperwork up at the IBI council offices.. when you are in the council offices ask them to set a direct debit up for you.

The issue is that we are in UK at present and due to the Covid quarantine restrictions we will not be traveling to Spain this year 

Do you have the Bill, if so you might be able to pay online? Quoting reference numbers? I read some where this can be done if you have the Bill? If not it might be worth contacting them by email? Explaining your situation and wanting to pay online? Worth a try.

I have called IBI tax office, they email me the bill with the barcode, then i have used caixabank app, caixabank has video scanner, you scan your bill and it comes up straight away all the details about your bill, you follow the steps required, and pay through your bank from home wherever you are .

Other options to pay by your debit card, is to ask IBI office that you want to pay using your debit card and they will email you a bill with the specific barcode in order for you to pay by debit card. 

The same way you can pay for your electricity, gas and water.
