Hello. I am looking for someone or an organisation who can change my direct debit payments from Sabadell to wise.

Please do not say "go online". I need a human being to do this for me and also accompany me to the IBI office to organise some back payments and also to get that bill onto the new account.

It needs to be someone who is fluent in Spanish and who knows the latest locations of the various offices as I spent a huge amount of time last year trying to locate them to find that some had moved offices.

If you are this wonderful person, could you be so kind to advise me of your charges for this service please?
