Hi, we are currently renting on camposol with a view to buying here. Have just been reading through some of the posts and replies and noted that some reference was made to non-residents tax. Can anyone tell me what this is please.
This is a tax for nonresident property owners who have holiday homes in Spain. Not applicable to renters. If you do buy a property(holiday home and not permanent) but still reside in UK you would pay this tax. Look up "Jims Guides " to taxes.
