Hi can anyone confirm when the annual Suma arrives. I bought a property on camposol in June last year and was told by my solicitor that the sellors had paid and therefore, I don't need to pay until this year. I'm checking when this bill is expected?
Prior to owning on camposol I had an appartment near Alicante and the suma for that area would arrive usually around mid September.
Same as you with this, last year's paid by previous owner, asked our solicitor about this year and it seems not due until august/September round here.

You will have to know the proper name (spelt correctly) for the tax you are checking out. "Suma" just means "bill" so it could be for IBI, Vado, etc etc...
Thanks , in Alicante everyone just called it the suma and we all new it was a yearly tax type Bill. Looking at an old Bill I had it looks as if it's the IBI. So when is this bill expected?

Where is the Ayuntamiento for Camposol? If you know your district you can simply look it up on the spreadsheet.
As I said, there are several annual bills so just calling it "suma" is not accurate enough for anyone to help. There is IBI, IVTM, Vados and IAE, all of which are annual, plus of course non-residents or residents Tax. Mind you, I see many posts on forums where people seem to think it is "Campasol" or "Las Alcazares" - did they live in Moncheester or Leads in the UK?
