Spain locator form when using a ferry

We am traveling to our villa next week via Brittany Ferries I have seen the requirement when flying or euro tunnel for the locator form requiring completing either before or on arrival in Spain. 

I have asked Brittany Ferries if we these are required and if so where do we obtain them from they didn't know. Has anyone completed a ferry crossing and can give advise on this.
