Do you need a pc? It should be possible to use your phone/tablet to print. If you trally need to use a pc try ebay, l got an old Dell from there for 70€ including delivery. I specifically wanted a Spanish keyboard to help with my spanish lesson so used ebay.es, it is possible to find sellers on ebay.co.uk willing to ship here if you really need UK keyboard.

The Tech Shop on Camposol A has stickers to mark up a Spanish keyboard with English characters.
You have to ensure that your input language is set to UK Engish.
