I think they are still trading as I received an email the day before I was due to travel saying that the car that I had booked had been in an accident and therefore the booking was cancelled. Luckily I had already booked another car, as not having any contact in the run up to my visit, I didn’t want to risk it. I did say that it was much more expensive, to which their reply was that it is not their fault and has cost them too.
I did ask why no contact and they said that they had issues with their telephone/internet provider. I must admit, I was sceptical about this, as had left messages, emails, WhatsApp etc.
Then, to our amazement, we were chatting to someone on the plane coming over and exactly the same happened to them. Read into that whatever you think…..
