No joy, I have tried all the suggestions and nothing. I have now booked elsewhere. It is more expensive but at least I know a car we be there for when we arrive.

Hopefully you paid with a credit card hope everything else goes well for you it looks like this company needs some negative feedback

That’s the one. I booked with them earlier in the year for a car from this Friday, and have been trying to contact them via mail, phone and WhatsApp for a week now and no responses.

It makes me think something is not right as I would expect a car hire company to answer
makes me think they have ceased trading
Hi did you get any response from this company I have heard nothing and I am looking elsewhere if this company have ceased trading it needs to be made common knowledge

I think they are still trading as I received an email the day before I was due to travel saying that the car that I had booked had been in an accident and therefore the booking was cancelled. Luckily I had already booked another car, as not having any contact in the run up to my visit, I didn’t want to risk it. I did say that it was much more expensive, to which their reply was that it is not their fault and has cost them too.
I did ask why no contact and they said that they had issues with their telephone/internet provider. I must admit, I was sceptical about this, as had left messages, emails, WhatsApp etc.
Then, to our amazement, we were chatting to someone on the plane coming over and exactly the same happened to them. Read into that whatever you think…..

Thank you I will look elsewhere I am retiring this year and intend too spend the maximum of 180 days per year allowed in Camposol and would of required a car but have had no response whatsoever from this company hope you had a nice stay despite the inconvenience
