I retire December and I am seriously considering moving to Camposol , I have been looking at the Neptune Villas my budget is £118.000 max Mersers the estate agent have told me I would struggle to purchase in sectors A/B ? for the Neptune . That would mean considering C/D also I would then need a vehicle that would then reduce my budget .

So my question C or D also how long to get to the bars and shops located close to A/B also I have 2 small dogs is there eough open space to walk for miles and how close is the beach from C/D .

Kind regards

Colin

Neptunos & Cibelis villas are the top of the range with 3 beds / 3 bathrooms .. reading your post you said you want to buy a Neptuno and a car for £118,000 are you allowing for the 12 % that you you need to pay on top of your agreed purchase price .. personally I don't think you will get a well maintained Neptuno on C/D  either for your budget but you never know good luck anyway.

Hi we are on D sector and it is a 5 minute or so drive to sector B. Walk would be 45 minutes and some is uphill. The golf club house is about 20 minute walk. Lots of bargains on c and d. It's lovely and quiet and lots of open areas for dog walking. Beaches aren't too far around 25 minutes drive give or take. Mercers have a couple for sale around £90,000 on C so yes you could get a property you want and a car including fees and taxes for your budget.

If you get one for that budget be prepared to spend a fortune repairing it

I know you're joking (I think) but flying a union Jack outside your house without a Spanish flag is illegal, we're not all grumpy sods just quite a few, lived here 15 years you learn to put with the moaners, good luck in finding your dream
