Citizens' advice bureau, Spain have all the up to date information. There is also a UK tax helpline dedicated to ex pats-you can find it on the Internet. See a Spanish Tax accountant for advice. It is worth paying out to know where you stand.
Spain cannot tax certain British pensions-again this is on the Internet-State Pension is one, Armed Services, Civil Service and some NHS pensions.
Do not assume anything about the Spanish tax system! There is a 2 way information deal with UK IR and Spanish IR. If you won on the Lottery or premium bonds in UK, which are tax free, and transferred the lump sum over to Spain-woe betide you! Tax free in UK but not here. Savings or having a house in UK , of over a certain amount (? £50,000 ?) is liable for tax here too.
You get free HC in Spain if you are getting your UK state Pension-get S1 form from Newcastle-your spouse gets it too -they need S1 too. You need residencia to get this reciprocal HC via S1 form. in Murcia. Otherwise you get a job with a proper contract or you have to pay for private HC here.
Please verify all this with the experts-CAB ask for a 5E donation for your query. Well worth it. We have only moved over recently and are still finding out things.
