Can anyone advise the walking distance from arrival / departure from the aircraft to the terminal . Does the airport utilize walk on / off corridors or steps at the aircraft .

No airbridges at all.

There are obviously steps down from the aircraft as there are no airbridges !!

From the aircraft into the airport terminal probably about 800 - 900 metres I would think.

IF you are asking about acccessibility, by way of some disability or suchlike, you only have to notify your airline at the time of booking. They will then ask which level of assistance you need, and make ALL of the necessary arrangements for you, at BOTH ends of your flight.

This is an EU Regulation, and is available to all those who are in genuine need, free-of-charge to the end-user, on every flight into, out of, or wholly within the EU. The avowed purpose of this is NOT to wait hand-and-foot on the Disabled, but to compensate for their difficulties insofar as is reasonable & practical, so that they may access the transport network as close to par with their more abled-bodied peers as is reasonably practical.

As a Disabled, and widowed Pensioner, I have been using this wonderful system myself since I was medically retired from my career around my 60th birthday, after 45-years of working. It does enable me to get around-and-about still, in a way which otherwise would not be possible! It has empowered me to be able to buy a small, terraced bungalow in Camposol, which I love!

Any queries phone, or go online to your airline/travel agent. If there's anything still bothering you, PM me!

Enjoy your life, it might be the only one we get so, make the most of it!

  .  Regards.

When I arrived on the 4th Feb, plane was 15 early. Once landed approx 60metre walk to passport control passed through there in about 3 mins, another 40 metre walk to baggage carousel. Did wait a little time for baggage probably due to landing early. From getting off plane to exiting terminal 25 minutes, very satisfactory experience. Well done Corvera.

Just arrived today for first time at this airport after 17 yrs of using san javier.eith no trouble at all.  3 disabled people today were told to wait til everyone was off the plane fir  wheelchairs which did not come.  They were using them to load up the same plane with outgoing passengers. I’ve been told at Gatwick the company are fined if they don’t get you to the plane on time but there’s no charge when arriving back in which is why I've sometimes been kept an hour waiting for a buggie. But back to Corvera The distance between plane, passports and luggage is not far but we had to wait  an hour on total standing in the queues with nowhere to sit. We should have bypassed the queue with assistance or at least had wheelchairs to sit in. Not happy. Then another half hour to get car hire outside airport.  This was 10 am arrival so the only plane in and no other people coming in.
