Camposol - Page 2

It's not rubbish, it's the governments own site. Besides, isn't it reassuring that they are trying to solve all the problems?

Don't yet live in Camposol, but I think all the flooding has been in Los Alcazares, 3 times in last 4 months, correct me if I'm wrong? 

Don't believe rumours, but treat them as a reason to investigate! Don't listen to the one or two on this forum who live on Camposol and are in denial about the history Camposol has racked up over the years. Clearly Camposol suits some people and others can't wait to sell up, hence the amount of properties for sale.

Some of the replies above advise you and anyone to do your research, and I will second that. You don't have to live on Camposol to know all about it. The history of Camposol is well documented in an unbiased way, and if you're considering spending your money on a property, it's good sense to do your homework, wherever you're looking. Asking questions on a Camposol forum will not give you the answers you're looking for. Agents who specialise in Camposol are not the one's to talk to either!

If I want you to buy my property in Los Alcazares,  I might just tell you how crap it is in Camposol and very much visa versa, or whatever it is without spellchecker!  More so with some who answered your post. Simples, do your research!

Well folks I looked online, read all the bad press, came over found a refurbished villa on D sector, totally empty when I brought it now a lovely villa with all my own taste in and brand new, fitted all security bars, solar lights, and camera that I can view any where in world,  I hate leaving it now as I miss camposol when back in cold, unfriendly London with knife crime out off hand, and I am an x met police officer too, granted a long time ago, but the port de Mazarrón is fantastic, and only a short drive away, also just brought a lhd car to bring back to Spain so no hiring cars from dodgy airport company, just organising insurance at mo,

Well that's your personal view and good luck to you. You do however have all the on-going problems with Camposol which is why anyone seeking information need to be aware of historical and future problems. You made a decision based on what you found out and your personal circumstances and if you're happy with that then fine. Not everyone will be though, and I wouldn't be persuaded by case studies if I were buying again.

Rma44, I think you've made your point and then some. I don't yet live in Camposol and I'm not that stupid to purchase, which I will, without having done my homework and research which includes a prolonged visit, which I guess all competent minded will do anyway.  It seems every time somebody asks, you and one or two others are like a dog with a bone.  You appear to be hell bent on your personal vendetta about all things Camposol.  For Gods sake, give it a rest man!

As you're not the OP asking the question you don't have to read any replies!! This forum should be a place to help people not snipe at them! Unfortunately it does tend to bring out the worst in some folk!
