Now everything or everyone who may have The audacity to say or show some truths/facts should be censored.
you want a one sided view to try and misrepresent the true picture.  

I thought I might be throwing some coal on the Camposol hater's fire ...so before you start with the derogatory comments ... please read my post ...I basically said they could have shown the house hunters a better kept property for the money ...we have two small 2 bed villas in my street that have been upgraded and are immaculately kept  up for sale at under €50,000 ... I really can't understand why they showed the one they did...it was a shite hole ...I am always on the defence side of Camposol ..but not this time the owners of these properties have got to understand that if you do not spend money on modernization/ upgrading / general maintenance then you WILL NOT SELL simple as that.

Couldn't  buy anything habitable in the south for sure.

Found and watched the episode in question,  it was a fiesta quad and looked to be on sector a. Visually didnt see anything especially wrong with it for its age, assuming nothling much done to it since being built. The outside space needed sorting out and a lick or 20 of paint inside, as said on show the money saved would go a long way to bringing up to date. Interseting that the couple mentioned it was the largest living space they had seen though, we eliminated fiestas and clasicos as being way to small.

I agree with you property on Camposol normally doe's represent good value..but the one that was shown on the show was in disrepair ...the others that they showed in the port and Isla plana were actually professionally staged / presented and cheeper than Camposol and represented better value for your money.
