Hi,
Can anyone tell me if there are any issues with the villas in section D-16. Also where did the water flow from when the floods took place. Which sections where effected. Which homes were better quality MASA or MONSORA
Thanks

People seem fixated with Camposol and ‘the floods’. They seem to forget most of the Mazarron area was flooded, including Mazarrón town and parts of the port. Extreme weather us something experienced every few years and local people just live with it.
Yes I know what you mean. Some people could be offended by these questions. If anyone is looking to buy on Camposol the best thing to do is secure a solicitor first & ask them questions about any individual properties that are of interest.
I take it you’re aware that rerouting of the rambla etc is in full flow with the council now?
Hi, no I was not.We are in the early stages of looking for a property maybe in Campersol .The properties seem really nice and good value for money. However I was just a little apprehensive about past history.
Thanks

D16 is nowhere near the new rambla route
I was under the impression the floods affected sector C. The map shows the rambla flowing through sector D, or have I looked at it incorrectly?
Went thru D sector. Actually went thru my villa but this was before I bought it

Is there any time scale for the rambla redirection to start? as for the current drainage system, where does it start and finish, have tried to google but no joy... just interested.
Hope to see you all in the pub next week for a bleather.
Dave.
I included maps on a previous post in this theead
