Yes, I did see that. I was looking for the location of the MASA illegal drainage system where it starts and ends to get an idea where the drainage runs.
I am coming to look at a few in D sector and one is in D34 and looks bril :-)
Dave.

"full flow" got me laughing.... as i am coming to Camposol to possibly buy that news has me "flowing" with delight...
Is there any time scale for the rambla redirection to start? as for the current drainage system, where does it start and finish, have tried to google but no joy... just interested.

Hope to see you all in the pub next week for a bleather.
Dave.
You say your buying on D16. That was not affected by the floods and as most of it is not in the Rambla encatchment area it's never likely to flood. The re-routing of the rambla is going away from the area also so a double bonus for you. Happy house hunting.

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if there are any issues with the villas in section D-16. Also where did the water flow from when the floods took place. Which sections where effected. Which homes were better quality MASA or MONSORA

Thanks
Don't forget there are Sectors A,B n C to choose from. Why only D ???
Camposol is a great urbanisation. We are on upper C. Lovin it wih great uninterrupted views
Never understood the fixation with the flooding. you only have to look atround to see what is happening in the US and Philippines today and in some parts of England over the last few year
At least with the Ramblas there is some kind of mechanism in place to try and alleviate the flooding as much as possible

Good reply... I stay in Scotland.. gets a bit wet every day lol. Just bought a wee villa in C2 and also stayed in D23 and was lovely. One flash flood and the world's media slated there... Soon the ramble will be redirected so we will start to get good media... Come on the Campo... 😎

Good reply, as I stated earlier most of the area was underwater. The whole area is built on rock, there is little to no soil just ground rock which, without plenty of fertiliser, would be useless. The ramblas have formed naturally, taking excess water from the mountains and flood waters to the sea. Rerouting I fear is going to be a pointless exercise.
