I can only give you the advice to look for builders from Ecuador, they are very good workers and price is very reasonable. They will not let you down and don't watch the clock.

Agree that they are good workers, BUT get full price in writing, otherwise you will keep getting "extras" added that you didn't expect. We know, we found out the hard way, happy with what was done but costs did go up.

We always work with builders who give us the full price, NEVER pay per hour. But from experience I can say that ours were very honest.
